So, just what is all this?This website is a further contribution to the rich tapestry of the world of Glorantha, detailing one of the many tribes of Sartar in the region of Dragon Pass, the cradle of the Hero Wars. It is a world that I, and so many others, cherish and therefore spend much time and energy in exploration and explanation of its ways, peoples, places and stories. The Balkoth are one of the least known and least detailed tribes of Sartar, which is why I'm doing this, staking my claim to a small portion of the territory, you might say. If any of it fires your imagination in original and interesting ways let me know - and I'm always looking for collaborators! However, and this is important...The world of Glorantha was invented by Greg Stafford and as such is his intellectual property.
